Treat your dog and yourself to a fun filled day of outdoor activities. With Orange County offering one of the most pet friendly communities around we are proud to list the following dog friendly parks as well as Huntington's Dog Beach location for all your pet and family outdoor enjoyment.
Costa Mesa Bark Park
CMBP is a two-acre fenced off-leash park in the City of Costa Mesa. The park has a separate area for small, elderly and disabled dogs. Facilities include a double gated entrance, parking, trees, benches, water dispensers for the dogs as well as dog waste bags and restrooms.
Hours: Costa Mesa Bark Park is open from dawn to 9:00pm, Wednesday through Monday. It is closed all day every Tuesday for park maintenance.
Location: Park is located on the corner of Arlington Avenue and Newport Boulevard in TeWinkle Park, across the street from the Orange County Fairgrounds Equestrian Center.

Huntington Beach - Dog Beach
One mile of sandy beach front and ocean waves has made Huntington's Dog Beach a paradise for dogs. Huntington's Dog Beach is a non-profit organization that depends on donations to operate and upkeep for you and your pets enjoyment.
Hours: From 5:00am - 10pm every day of the year. The parking lots close at 10:00pm
Location: Dog Beach is located in Huntington Beach on the west side of Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint Street on the north and 21st Street on the south.
There is plenty of metered parking available in lots along side Pacific Coast Highway. The meter fee is $.25 for each 10 minutes. The meters accept quarters, dimes, and nickels. The city is now sometimes issuing citations for early morning parking without paying the meter. After 8am you will almost certainly get a citation if you don't put money in the meter. Huntington Beach Central Park - Dog Park
Dogs can roam free in Dog Park, and get a chance to play with other dogs their size. There are two sides to Dog Park: one for small dogs and puppies, and one for large dogs. Huntington Beach Dog Park also has a dog-walk-of-fame, snacks and seating for dog owners.
Hours: Weekdays from 9:00am - 7pm, and weekends 10:00am -to 7pm
Location: Enter at the Inlet Drive parking lot. East Side of Edwards Street
Irvine Central Bark
Opened in 2000, the Central Bark dog park features almost three acres of open field for off leash dog play. Park facilities include, watering facility for dogs, handicap accessible, main yard with a separate fenced area for small or frail dogs and covered seating.
Hours: 6:30am-10pm daily
Closed Wednesday for maintenance.

Laguna Beach Dog Park
A fenced, off leash park where dogs can run and play freely.
Hours: Open dawn to dusk.
Closed Wednesday. The park is also closed during and after rain.

Laguna Niguel Pooch Park
The Laguna Niguel Pooch Park is a fully fenced, off leash dog park. The one-acre park includes three picnic tables with shade shelters as well as a restroom facility for the comfort of dog owners. Visitors are asked to follow the signs for parking and not to park in the Fire Station parking lot.
Hours: Open from noon to dusk on Monday and Friday, 7:00am to dusk on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. On Sunday, it is open from 8:00am to dusk.

San Clemente Dog Park
Phase 1 now open! This is an off-leash dog park. Dogs must be leashed when outside the gated enclosure.
Hours: Closed on Tuesdays until 1:00pm for regular maintenance. May be subject to closure at other times, especially during and following rainy weather.

Fullerton Pooch Park
There is both a small dog park for small, senior and disabled pooches and a large dog park for active, high-energy dogs. All pooches and their owners are welcome, provided everyone follows the rules and regulations and owners pick up after their dogs. Run by the city of Fullerton.
Hours: Park hours are 7:00am - 8pm daily except Wednesdays for maintenance.

Garden Grove Dog Park
There are no fees to enjoy the Garden Grove dog park which features separate play areas for large and small dogs. It will include a leash/unleash area, benches and pet waste bag stations.
Hours: Hours of operation will be from dawn to dusk.

Orange - Yorba Dog Park
Located in Yorba Park, there is a large dog section and small dog section. Dogs are allowed off-leash in the dog park portion only, and are not allowed off-leash in the Yorba Park section.
Hours: 7:00am - dusk and may be closed or adjusted, as conditions require. Park is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance
Location: Yorba Park, 190 South Yorba, Orange (near 55 Freeway and Chapman Avenue).
Seal Beach - Arbor Dog Park
Arbor Dog Park is two and a half acres of green grass and shade trees that offers the residents of Seal Beach and neighboring communities the perfect fenced, off-leash haven for exercising their dogs. Park facilities include benches, and a number of well-stocked waste dispensers and covered trash cans throughout the park, plus a water fountain for both its two and four-legged guests.
Hours: Open dawn to dusk weather permitting. Closed Thursday 8:00am - 12pm for maintenance.
Location: Between Valley View Street and Los Alamitos Blvd. off Lampson Avenue. Specifically between Heather and Rose off Lampson Ave and directly behind the two-story WestEd building located at 4665 Lampson Avenue, Los Alamitos.
